At lo active, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, and associated costs.

Processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If there is a high volume of orders or an item is out of stock, processing may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping methods & delivery times:
We offer the following shipping options:

Express shipping:

Delivery time: 2-3 business days (depending on your location).

Cost: calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

International shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

International shipping rates and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Order tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track your order in real-time.

Shipping restrictions:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Certain items may not be eligible for shipping to international destinations. If this applies to your order, we will notify you prior to processing your shipment.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method chosen, as well as the weight and destination of your order. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Lost or damaged items:
LO ACTIVE is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
